The location is perfect for those flying in, just a short walk from the airport. The recently renovated rooms were clean and modern, with nice touches like a magnetic phone charger. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room quiet. It was a good value for the price 😊

Very close to Airport, quiet, comfortable, great staff. Good amenities. Breakfast is expensive but all good ingredients.
Just be aware there isn't an airport shuttle, but there is a bus just outside the hotel that is 2 stops away from the airport for 1.50 euro.

The location of the hotel. The very comfortable room.
The restaurant : the food tasted good but was ruined by the fact that it was warm. We did not ask for it to be reheated because it took too long to bring it to the table and we should have waited even longer (the restaurant was full and there was only one girl). What was really unpleasant was the surprise of paying the hotel bill, which charged us for the most expensive wine on the wine list, when we had ordered "a pichet de 50" ( it would be "the house wine"). The problem was that they never gave us the wine list ( we didn't know there was one, we didn't see any customer with this wine list). After having explained the situation to the hotel manager, the lady was kind enough to understand what happened and she credited us with the amount charged, apologizing for the mistake, and we thanked her for the commercial gesture.

The location near the tram line made getting to the airport easy, taking just one stop. My room was modern, updated, and very clean. Staff were pleasant. I faced a few issues. There was no kettle in the room, forcing me to spend €15 for two teapots when I just wanted a simple cup of tea. The air conditioning was too cold, and it took some fiddling to find a suitable temperature. For a stay that included a young child, it was quite disappointing not to have a travel cot provided, especially late at night. While the convenience of the tram and overall cleanliness were good, addressing these issues could elevate the experience significantly.

The room was clean and comfy, but paying for tea felt unfair.

A comfortable room but bathroom/toilet pretty small . The evening meal was supurb, could not fault the food.
It did state air conditioning but not have it in use. Told as the weather was not hot enough they have turned it off. Room was equipped for it but no hand set to use it.

Convenient location and clean rooms
I appreciated the modern, renovated rooms and the quiet ambiance, despite being near the airport. The air conditioning was excellent.
The lack of a kettle in the room meant I had to pay for tea, and the sliding bathroom door's persistent sticking was frustrating, hindering privacy.

Excellent service, fine breakfast with patisseries with loads of jam and yoghurts, as for instance.

The tram line right outside was super convenient 🚋 The bed was comfy, and the newly renovated shower was a nice touch. Just wish there was a kettle in the room. Paying €15 for tea was a bummer!

Very close to the airport (it was the reason of the choice).
Personnel is very loud and not very customer focused. Breakfast is really not inspiring.

It was a good breakfast with plenty of choice
We chose it because we thought it would be easy walking distance from the airport but it wasn't. You still need to get a taxi. next time we will take the tram or bus straight into Bordeaux for the night even though we fly in late.
